Using the service

You may use the free tools without an account within published limits. You are responsible for having the rights to the documents you process and for complying with the Acceptable Use Policy.

Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Plan changes are prorated. Prices may change with advance notice; existing subscriptions keep their price until the next renewal after notice.

Your content

You keep all rights to your documents. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process them to provide the service.

API

API use is subject to rate limits, quotas and these terms. Do not attempt to bypass limits or access other customers' data.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless agreed in a separate contract.

Electronic signatures

The signature request feature records an audit trail. Whether an electronic signature is legally effective depends on the jurisdiction and document type; we do not provide legal advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
